Six-week Chapter challenge
The Top Three runs the loop without the Director, completes or consciously closes one commitment, and selects the next priority.
Make one clear commitment with an owner and due date.
Follow it through, record progress, and resolve blockers without silently abandoning it.
Run the loop as a normal Chapter practice, develop new leaders through it, and share proven practices with the region.
